Subsequently, it will process personal data as the data processor (hereinafter \u201cProcessor\u201d) on behalf of its clients - Public bodies or service companies - who use the \u201cK-Office\u201d App autonomously (hereinafter \u201cClient\u201d or \u201cClients\u201d).<\/p>\n

\nPersonal data, depending on the actions taken by the data subject, will be processed for the following purposes:
\na. Access to the Client's restricted area from the \u201cK-Office\u201d App:
\n\u2022 the legal basis for this processing is the necessity to perform the contract to which the Customer is a party;
\n\u2022 the period for retaining data processed for this purpose is the contractual duration and, in the event of disputes
\njudicial, for the entire duration thereof, until the expiry of the time limits for bringing appeals;
\n\u2022 The personal data requested (login credentials) are necessary to access the Customer's private area, and any refusal will result in the impossibility of using the application.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 the legal basis for this processing is the necessity to assist App users in accordance with the contractual obligations entered into with the Customer;
\n\u2022 the data retention period for data processed for this purpose is the contractual duration and, in the event of legal disputes, for the entire duration thereof, until the expiry of the time limits for appealing actions.;
\nThe personal data requested is necessary to process the request, and any refusal will make it impossible to respond to the data subject.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 the legal basis derives from the need to fulfil a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;
\n\u2022 the retention period for data processed for this purpose is linked to individual legal obligations regulated by specific reference regulations;
\n\u2022 The provision of personal data is mandatory, as the data controller is required to comply with a legal obligation to which they are subject or with the requests of the competent Authorities.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 the legal basis for this processing is Sikuel's legitimate interest in preventing,
\n\u2022 to ascertain and prosecute illegal acts or infringements of intellectual\/industrial property rights (also of third parties) or cybercrimes or offences committed via telematic networks, defamation or other similar offences committed on the \u201cK-Office\u201d App;
\n\u2022 the retention period for data processed for this purpose is equal to the time reasonably necessary for the Data Controller to assert their rights from the moment they become aware of the offence or its potential commission.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>By the processing of personal data, we mean any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, registration, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication through transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, deletion or destruction.
\nFurther personal data processed by the Data Controller:
\n1. Multimedia data: The user of the \u201cK-Office\u201d App can, after giving consent, authorise access to photos and multimedia content and files stored on their device and to take photographs and\/or record audio\/video.;
\n2. Geolocation data: The user of the \u201cK-Office\u201d App can, after giving consent, authorise the geolocation of their device;
\n3. Data provided by the user: The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses of
\nHolder, they involve the acquisition of the sender's contact details, necessary to respond, as well as all the data
\npersonal data included in communications;
\n4. Navigation Data: The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website
\nIn the course of their normal operation, they acquire certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI\/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier\/Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment. Such data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time slot or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.) and to monitor the correct functioning of the services offered. Navigation data do not persist for more than 365 days and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (unless there is a need to ascertain criminal offences by the judicial authorities);

\nPersonal data, depending on the actions taken by the data subject, will be processed for the purposes set out above by:<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 parties, entities or Authorities to whom your personal data must be communicated by law or by order of the Authorities;
\n\u2022 individuals with whom it is necessary to interact for the provision of services\/products, as independent data controllers;
\n\u2022 Personnel expressly authorised by the Data Controller necessary to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of services\/products, who have undertaken to maintain confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality and who have received adequate operational instructions pursuant to Article 29 of the Regulation or Article 2-quaterdecies of Legislative Decree 196\/2003.
\nThe complete list of Data Processors is available by sending a written request to the Data Controller.<\/p>\n
\nYour personal data is shared with recipients located within the European Economic Area (EEA). The Controller ensures that the processing of your personal data by these recipients complies with the Regulation.<\/p>\n
\nThe Controller does not adopt automated decision-making for the processing of personal data, including profiling, as referred to in Article 22 of the Regulation. Further information is available from the Controller.<\/p>\n
\nThe mobile application \u201cK-Office\u201d is intended exclusively for adult users. The Data Controller shall not be held responsible in any way for any personal data collected, nor for false statements, provided by a minor. In any event, should its use be identified, the Data Controller will facilitate the right of access and deletion submitted by the guardian, custodian, or whoever exercises parental responsibility.<\/p>\n
\nThe data subject has the right to obtain from the Controller, in the cases provided for, access to personal data and their rectification or erasure or restriction of processing concerning him or her or to object to processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation). The relevant request to the Controller can be submitted by contacting the email address designated for responding to the data subject or by completing the form available in the dedicated privacy area.<\/p>\n
\nThe data subject, if they consider that the processing of personal data relating to them is carried out in violation of the Regulation, has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.gpdp.it), as provided for in Article 77 of the Regulation, or to take legal action (Article 79 of the Regulation).<\/p>\n
