Let's understand more.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>A faster, more citizen-centric public administration: the importance of Measure 1.3.1<\/h2>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Measure 1.3.1 \u201cNational Digital Data Platform\u201d<\/strong> allocated last October and aimed at municipalities, provides for a fund of <strong>110 million euros<\/strong> to support bodies that need to comply with the provisions of the regulations. According to the Guidelines on the technical interoperability of Public Administration, <strong>Local authorities must indeed develop the programming interfaces in the API catalogue of the National Data Digital Platform.<\/strong>, to be provided in two ways, REST API and SOAP API, according to specific technical instructions indicated in the notice.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the measure is to create a system that promotes <strong>Information exchange<\/strong> among public administrations, facilitating the <strong>Data transmission<\/strong> and the\u2019<strong>IT systems interoperability. <\/strong>In short, a platform that ensures constant, real-time, and fast dialogue between public administrations, which eliminates administrative checks, and which guarantees homogeneous treatment nationally. All innovations that are part of the <strong>simplification and digitisation process<\/strong> in effect and provided for by <strong>National Recovery and Resilience Plan<\/strong> in compliance with the <strong>once-only principle<\/strong> strongly supported by the European Union for much speedier and more effective administrative operations \u2013 according to this principle, for example, a citizen who needs to interact with an administration must enter their data only once; the system, and therefore the sharing of databases, will then ensure the transmission of that data from PA to PA (duly authenticated and authorised by the platform), relieving the citizen of new tasks.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>How to apply for the call for applications: required qualifications and useful information<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For the <strong>call for applications<\/strong> no design level or form of co-financing is required. They are provided <strong>seven different belonging bands<\/strong> to which each municipality will be assigned based on the number of inhabitants; each range corresponds to a <strong>allocated amount<\/strong> and <strong>default number of APIs to expose<\/strong>. Only one question may be submitted per Authority, which must be submitted exclusively online.
