How can you interact with them? Where are the office operators? <\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p>We all know the answer: they work from home, in front of their PCs connected to their desks in accordance with Smart Working arrangements, and can be reached by citizens who need them via landline with call forwarding or email. <i>And on the web?<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Sikuel, collaborating for twenty years with over 300 Municipal Tax Offices, for the <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sikuel.it\/en\/integrated-water-service\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Integrated Water Service<\/span><\/a><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">but also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sikuel.it\/en\/raccolta-differenziata\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">TARI<\/span><\/strong><\/a>\u2013<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sikuel.it\/en\/solutions\/software-pubblica-amministrazione\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>IMU-TASI<\/strong><\/span><\/a>,<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">wishes to facilitate and simplify the work of operators working from home, using the web, for the\u00a0<b>managing taxpayer requests\u00a0<\/b>and especially in the\u00a0<b>Payment management\u00a0<\/b>via<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">1) Interaction with Contributors<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">2) Delivery of Invoices<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">3) Payment<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>The Municipalities using our software have closed their office doors but opened the doors of the Online Taxpayer Desk with the K-PORTAL web application.<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\">Con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sikuel.it\/en\/solutions\/integrated-water-service\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">K-<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">P<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ORTAL<\/span><\/strong><\/a>, interfaced with the billing management system, the water office is able to\u00a0<b>maintaining relations with users by \u201cmeeting\u201d in a digital space<\/b>\u00a0where to respond to requests and manage,\u00a0<b>as done until a few days ago from the physical branch,<\/b>\u00a0taxpayer needs: information on consumption, tax situation, management of utility transfers, connection management, etc. The environment where these conversations take place is similar to the messaging platforms we all use every day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s1\">With K-PORTAL, we have also solved the problem of sending bills, having to contend with the completely justified restrictions adopted by the Post Office aimed at protecting the health of operators and users and, in line with the <strong>ARERA deliberation of 2 April 2020 117\/2020\/R\/COM<\/strong> with which are addressed the <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sikuel.it\/en\/2020\/04\/07\/ways-to-send-water-bill\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Methods of sending integrated water service bills and their payment.<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"s1\">The citizen can then download the invoice on the portal or, alternatively, can request, again within the portal, the sending of the bill via ordinary or certified e-mail, also saving the printing and postage costs which are generally included in the invoice.<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s5\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s1\">This way, the printed, stuffed, and delivered paper invoice is done away with in favour of a digital document sent by email and available for consultation at any time, including via the portal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\">The taxpayer will also be able to make the payment securely via\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sikuel.it\/en\/solutions\/integrated-water-service\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">K-<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">P<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ORTAL<\/span><\/strong><\/a> using the PagoPA system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s1\">When the offices reopen to the public, the Online Taxpayer Service will be a useful tool for avoiding crowded waiting rooms and allowing staff to work without stress.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con la chiusura degli uffici comunali in quasi tutta Italia e le relative cancellazioni delle giornate di apertura al pubblico ci si \u00e8 trovati davanti ad una situazione surreale: Come fanno i cittadini a completare le richieste avviate prima della pandemia?
