K-TARIP is the Suite for the complete management of all administrative, accounting and technical aspects of Waste Management services., and it is made up of interoperable modules for each of the activities.
The modules dedicated to the computerisation of Civic Collection Centres and Ecological Islands guarantee full control of installed assets, monitoring of collection volumes, dwell times, and disposal costs.
CCR MODULE
- Historical overview of collection movements
- Stock of the various CER for CCR
- Weighing of vehicles upon return from collection (via WS)
- Storage of net weight for Fraction with real-time display of the quantities of separated fraction by CER type, present in each CCR;
- Entry receipts, Platform delivery forms,
- Scheduling of deliveries to the platform, recording of double weighings on delivery to the platform, % reduction, net quantity;
- Recording of delivered fractions and electronic invoicing, recording of net quantities of fractions (CER) delivered, and issuing of electronic invoices to the supply chain consortia;
- Crop and delivered situations and statistics, summaries, situations and statistics for CER, by quantity, period, and valuation;
- Data consultation via web portal.
The archived data is published and accessible at various levels through dedicated, customisable profiles; for example, an individual contributor can view the collection history for their area, or the operator (company) can monitor summary collection data by street, neighbourhood, district, type of bin, etc.
The search results can always be downloaded in electronic format.
ACCESS MANAGEMENT MODULE
Management of entry and exit to the CCR via real-time interfacing with the access gates, using an optical reader to scan the tax code or badge code of anyone wishing to enter the CCR, and management of blacklists (individuals not authorised to enter). The module monitors in real time the number of people present at the CCR and the average duration of their visits.
RECOYBING AND REWARD SCHEME FORM
- Management of waste deliveries, including weighing and issuing receipts for each type of waste delivered, and calculation of the incentive scheme provided for in the regulations (financial or points-based); further operational details of the module are provided below:
- Deliveries, recording of individual weighings at recycling centres via a web service, including relevant data on EWC codes, quantities and the contributor;
- Calculation of incentives (in kind or financial), valuation of contributions per taxpayer, and calculation of the proposed incentive scheme;
- Waste separation situations and statistics, summaries, situations and statistics by CER, by number of emptying and equivalent quantities, by period, by territory (street, district, hamlet), and by user type, data extraction in electronic format;
- Data consultation. Stored data is published and accessible at various levels with dedicated and customisable profiles. For example, a single contributor will be able to check the history of their contributions with details on the type of CER, quantity, date and time. The Manager (Company) will be able to monitor summary data of CER quantities by Island, CCR, etc. Consultation data can always be extracted in electronic format.
THE IT SYSTEM IS COMPLEMENTED BY THE K-TARIP MOBILE APP FOR USERS
The native app (Android and iOS), available to download from the respective app stores, brings together a range of services designed to help users manage their waste disposal at recycling points, showing the rewards they have earned.
