Development of the Economic and Financial Plan

A range of services and activities will be provided to support:

• Support for the drafting of the PEF (Economic and Financial Plan) for the Water Service, in line with the Convergence Regulatory Framework, is planned.
• Support is foreseen for the submission of the Safeguard Application and the completion of subsequent documentation that the Basin Governance Authority will request.
• Furthermore, support is provided for the regularization of the application, declarations, and payment to the CSEA fund of the additional tariff components UI1-UI2-UI3 and UI4.
