A series of services and activities will be provided to support the definition of the RQSII specifically relating to:
- Definition of RQSII relating to the SII Contractual Quality Indicators.
- Definition in the RQSII of the Modalities, Levels and Timing of each individual Indicator.
- Support for the preparation of the mandatory annual data submission of Communications to the Authority and to the ATO, based on the data collected and communicated to Sikuel by the Client.
- Support for the Preparation of User Communications.
- Support for revising the graphic design of the Operator's Invoice to align it with the minimum content required by the Authority.
