The service aims to:
- Support the tariff manager (typically the Municipality) in drafting and/or updating their service charter;
- To support technical managers (waste collection and transport, street washing and sweeping) in their adaptation of their service charter.
- In the event of multiple service providers, to integrate the content of the Quality Charters prepared by the individual providers, each for the services within their respective remits, into a single, coordinated document;
- Support for the territorially competent Authority for the approval of the service charter for each individual management
The Quality Charter shall comply with the provisions contained in the TQRIF, including the indication of the positioning of regulatory scheme management. It shall also contain, with reference to each service, the indication of service obligations, indicators, and the related contractual and technical quality standards stipulated by the Authority, as well as any further or improved standards provided by the territorially competent Body.
