The service includes a telephone assistance package with remote technical support available 7 days a week.

- Estimation of daily energy requirements based on analytical reports of individual biomasses;
- Technical support related to biomass procurement;
- Preparation of customized operational protocols for the production process aimed at optimizing monitoring and control of maintenance events and other alerts.
Biological Assistance
Biological Assistance activities are to be understood as specialized consultancy services that extend the technical bio-informatics support.
- Bio-analytical activities: performing chemical analyses in a certified laboratory on digesters, digestate, and biomass;
- Biological inspections to verify and control operational parameters of the biogas plant;
- Consultancy on the use of technical products;
- Optimization of the entire supply chain, planning potential procedural upgrades in synergy with the IT Department;
- Support in the preparation of economic-financial models;
- Technical-engineering advice to optimize plant performance (including effective self-consumption management), support in planning and executing spreading activities, etc.
