Water Bonus Data Communication (TIBSI – res. 897/2017/R/idr);
Measurement data communication (TIMSII del. 218/2016/R/idr)
In line with the extraordinary and urgent initiatives in Resolution 59/2020/R/com, and taking into account the national measures adopted to combat the spread of the COVID-19 virus (most recently by Legislative Decree no. 19 of 25 March 2020), ARERA, with a Communication dated 30 March 2020, specified further simplifications regarding some of the compliance obligations stipulated by the regulation, thereby reducing administrative burdens and deadlines.
In particular, also in light of how data collection for integrated water services has been structured in the past, it is deemed appropriate to clarify that for the year 2020:
- USER DATA MEASUREMENT COMMUNICATION: the communication obligations of the Information on user metering Go from Article 15 of Annex A to resolution 218/2016/R/idr (TIMSII) may be absolved by the managers within the scope of the collection of technical quality data pursuant to resolution 46/2020/R/idr, (new deadline 17 June 2020) as well as – to the extent that they are functional to the definition of the objectives to be pursued and the related programme of interventions – within the transmission of the relevant regulatory framework concerning the tariff setting for the integrated water service for the period 2020-2023, in accordance with Annex A to resolution 580/2019/R/idr (MTI-3).
- COMMUNICATION OF DATA RELATING TO THE SOCIAL WATER BONUS: the communication obligations of the data and of the Information relating to the social water bonus and the supplementary water bonus, which to Article 12 of Annex A to the resolution 897/2017/R/idr (TIBSI) may be discharged by the operators in the context of the transmission to the Authority of the aforementioned tariff proposal for the third regulatory period 2020-2023 in compliance with the MTI-3new deadline 30 June 2020).
