Relaunch Decree: New methods of programmed dialogue through digital solutions

Insert within Art. 263 of the Relaunch Decree no. 34/2020 the new methods for Programmed Dialogue between Taxpayer and Municipal Offices through digital solutions.

Booking an appointment with the offices will make administrative action even more efficient and will produce greater satisfaction for users.
The gradual reopening planned for phase 2 it brings with it a new reorganisation of the public structure.

In this context, the K-PAS Application, reported by ANCI as a tool for our country's restart, it will support Public Administrations in managing Reservations from web, mobile, telephone, totems in a single software solution.

 

Below is the article contained in the Relaunch Decree:

Art. 263 (Provisions regarding flexibility in public employment and agile working)

  1. In order to ensure the continuity of administrative action and the swift conclusion of proceedings, the administrations referred to in Article 1, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 30 March 2001, no. 165, until 31 December 2020, shall adapt the measures referred to in Article 87, paragraph 1, letter a), of Decree-Law 17 March 2020, no. 18, converted, with amendments, by Law 24 April 2020, no. 27, to the needs of the progressive reopening of all public offices and to those of citizens and businesses connected to the gradual restart of productive and commercial activities. To this end, organise their employees' work and the provision of services through flexible working hours, reviewing the daily and weekly arrangements, introducing scheduled forms of interaction, including through digital and non-face-to-face solutions with users. Further organisational arrangements may be identified by one or more decrees issued by the Minister for Public Administration.
  2. The administrations referred to in paragraph 1 shall comply with the current health protection regulations adopted by the competent authorities.
  3. For the purposes referred to in paragraph 1, the administrations shall ensure adequate forms of professional development for management. The implementation of the measures referred to in this article shall be evaluated for performance purposes.
  4. The presence of workers in overseas offices of public administrations, however named, is permitted within the limits set by the provisions issued by local health authorities for the containment of the spread of Covid-19, without prejudice to the obligation to maintain social distancing and the use of personal protective equipment.
