Adaptation of the urban hygiene services regulation to the provisions introduced by ARERA with Resolution 15/2022, such as, for example, the identification of the characteristic quality profiles of the different urban hygiene services.
The current document will be analysed with a view to implementing ARERA provisions, harmonisation with the tax regulations and the definition of the service charter.
