A series of services and activities will be provided to support the definition of the RQSII specifically relating to:
- Support for the drafting and continuous updating of the Service Charter, providing guidelines on the main content to be included.
- Editorial support and continuous updating of the SII Regulations, with the provision of guidance regarding the main content to be included.
