The PEF and Tariffs module has been developed for the application of Del. ARERA 397/2025/R/RIF relating to the waste tariff method (MTR-3) for the third regulatory period 2026-2029.
The system allows the entry of the raw data for the Municipality and the Operator for the drafting and validation of the Economic Financial Plan up to the calculation of the Tariff Plans with reference to the TARI collection schemes applicable between single tax, pay-as-you-throw (TARIP) and pentanomia tariff (TICSER).
For the articulation of fees, the system allows for the import of the database via a standard format for real-time revenue verification.
