The procedure is really Easy and fast.
The first stage involves the organisation sending a message via the citizen's IO App, requesting them to sign a document. Upon receiving the message, the user will need to log in to the App to view the documents to be signed. Still within the App, after reading the communication, the citizen will select the signatures to be applied and accept the terms and conditions of the service. The system will then ask for an unlock code (or use biometric recognition) to insert the signature and thus complete the operation. Finished!
The citizen will receive the signed documents via a message on IO and will be able to download them to their device or share them.
