Equipment and Technologies for Civic Collection Centres

With the SIKUEL and UniWaste solutions, we support the computerisation and enhancement of Municipal Collection Centres, integrating waste submission data with billing software for Pay-as-you-go billing.

Wheeled bins

Body and lid injection moulded from high-density polyethylene. Hinged lid, book-style, folds to the rear and features two lifting grips. Comb attachment integrally moulded onto the front rim of the bin. Prepared for microchip housing. Solid rubber nose castor wheels, 200 mm diameter, complete with galvanised steel axle. The containers will be manufactured in accordance with the new mandatory CAMs. 120 – 240 – 360 L

Wood chipper

The Chipper is the culmination of various organic and plant waste shredding systems, using a single infeed chute, passing through a double chipping and shredding system with grid refining and subsequent ventilation at a height of 200 cm from the ground.

Prefabricated module with side bathroom

Overall dimensions: 4.86m x 8.00m x 3.00m (height 2.70m) approx. 40 sq m. Composition: 2 rooms, 2 simple bathrooms with ante-bathroom (the sq m are indicative and may vary according to requirements); made up of no. 2 single modules measuring 2.43m x 8.00m x 3.00m (height 2.70m).

1100 litre bin

1100 litre high-density polyethylene container with a flat lid, conforming to European standards UNI EN 840 (UNI 10571/DIN 30700).

Container body made from a single injection-moulded piece of HDPE (high-density polyethylene) with added colourants and stabilisers for protection against UV rays, resistant to chemical and atmospheric agents. Handling facilitated by four swivel castors. Braking via two independent pedals.

Used battery container

Series of containers for the collection of USED BATTERIES. Comprising a tank equipped with a removable hinged lid in yellow polyethylene. The tank body is housed within an airtight acid-resistant painted metal structure with a containment basin function (double container) that allows it to be moved and stacked up to three units.

Used clothing container

15/10 galvanised steel container to UNI standards. A tilting garment entry system with a steel handle that has an anti-theft function to prevent unauthorised personnel from accessing the container's contents, supported by springs to make depositing items easy. Opening system with a square key lock.

Medicine container

Container for the collection of expired medicines, ideal for placement near pharmacies, hospitals, and medical practices. The container is made entirely of white enamelled steel, a resistant, washable, and disinfectable material. The container comprises an opening lid with a key lock and a self-emptying, anti-withdrawal top slot.

WEEE micro-container

Container for the collection of micro WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) made of rotationally moulded polyethylene, with a white methacrylate ABS lid, and a rounded, domed shape for water drainage. In the centre of the lid is an anti-intrusion flap with a 19x19 cm loading opening and a depth of 20 cm.

600 Litre Multi-purpose Container

Stackable and nestable. Easy to clean, they do not absorb odours or moisture.
Stackable outdoors. With wheels.
They can be moved with pallet trucks and forklifts.

Oil Collection Container

Patented series of containers for the separate collection of used MINERAL oil. Made of polyethylene, black in colour, with a built-in safety tray (double container), equipped with a removable rectangular draining basket, incorporated into the manhole protected by a rectangular lid for the introduction and extraction of used mineral oil.

Used battery container

Cylindrical-shaped container for the separate collection of spent batteries. Made of enamelled galvanised steel externally, glossy black colour and with a bronze-coloured adhesive band.

The container has an openable top lid with a key lock and a practical shaped opening for inserting used batteries.

Toner Container

Vertical cylindrical container with a flat base, ideal for collecting used laser, inkjet and toner cartridges. Structure made of anti-corrosion galvanised steel in yellow, a resistant material that is easy to wash and disinfect. The container is equipped with a convenient lid, openable with a key lock, a black self-emptying anti-theft top opening, and a chromed lifting handle.

Fluorescent tube container

Container for the separate collection of FLUORESCENT TUBES. Made entirely of polyethylene, with a hinged lid and an internal, closable and removable flexible liner. Palletised base for ease of handling. Capacity 900 L

Access control

The platform access control system consists of:

Road barrier with post, load-bearing steel bonnet, traffic light for managing allowed user numbers, photocell system, induction loop.;

Bridge weighing 40 Tonnes

Electronic weighbridge for road use, to be installed Buried above ground, with a loading platform of 8m x 3m, capacity 40,000 kg, legal division, with 6 Flintec RC3/30t compression load cells with lightning protection kit, with electronic weighing terminal and digital card printer;

Roll container

Robust trolley, for cardboard collection, with high mesh sides, useful in various sectors such as supermarkets, shops or warehouses.

Suitable for the transport and storage of different types of products. Practical and easy to handle, thanks to their structure it is possible to see the goods inside, thus facilitating control operations during goods reception.
