SIKUEL and Gruppo Maggioli offer a technical-specialist service for guidance, project support, and operational assistance for accessing funding from the PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan) and EU funds (structural funds, PON, POR, etc.).
The service is aimed at Public Administrations and Utilities involved in Waste Management, and is focused on presenting proposals that fall within the Improvement and Mechanisation of the Differentiated Waste Collection Network, to be financed under the PNRR, measure 2, component 1, investment 1.1.
The project phases are as follows:
- Feasibility analysis and assessment of access to finance conditions;
- Definition of the organisation's requirements framework;
- Approval of the internal regulations for the implementation of the recovery plan;
- Access to finance;
- Management, monitoring and reporting of funded projects and initiatives.;
- Support for public procurement management;
- Operational specialist training on a commission basis.
Based on the specific needs indicated by the Entity, services can be provided both on-site and remotely.
The deadline for project submission is set for 14 February 2022.
