The approval of the budget forecast has been extended to 31 October, and the same for the Tari.

Approved postponement of the deadline for approving the 2020 budget of local authorities to 31 October 2020.

This is the item on the agenda discussed during the extraordinary meeting of the State-Cities and Local Authorities Conference of 30 September.
The postponement from the original date of 30 September was requested by the President of ANCI Decaro and the President of the Union of Italian Provinces De Pascale through a letter dated 29 September addressed to the Minister of the Interior Luciana Lamorgese.

The reasons, it reads from the letter, are attributable to the highly critical situation for Local Authorities in the Sicily Region and for Local Authorities affected by the administrative elections.
The deadline of 31 October also brings with it the approval of the TARI, so an extra month for the drafting of the Economic and Financial Plan according to the ARERA Tariff Method.
