The’Since 2012, ARERA (the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and the Environment, formerly AEEG and AEEGSI) has issued a series of Resolutions aimed at regulating water services, addressing the tariff method, security deposits, invoice contents, contractual quality, technical quality, metering services, user charges, and the water bonus.
So numerous are the fulfilments, deadlines, and logistical, administrative, technical, and technological adjustments that the operator (private or public) must continually undertake to follow all the Authority's instructions.
The recent ARERA Resolutions concerning the new Tariff Method MT2 (Del. 664/2015/R/idr – 918/2017/R/idr), Final User Charges (TICSI – Del. 664/2017/R/idr), the Water Bonus (Del. 897/2017/R/idr), the Regulation of the Quality of the Integrated Water Service (Del. 655/2015/R/idr), the Metering Service (Del. 218/2016/R/idr), and the Regulation of Technical Quality (Del. 917/2017/R/idr) require Integrated Water Service (SII) Operators to adapt their management to the new regulatory principles using the methods and timescales outlined in the issued Regulations, which are often very strict and complex.
Sikuel srl, with its twenty years of experience in the Integrated Water Service sector, with its management software, web applications, apps, regulatory, organisational, and technological support services, remains alongside Operators, continually adapting its software, technologies, and services to ARERA's regulatory updates.
