Tax Database Cleanup and Evasion/Avoidance Investigation

The integration of data from various Municipal Taxes into a single Database is a fundamental step for optimising these management processes and the relationship with taxpayers. Indeed, a Unified Database essentially means sharing the Tax Register and the Official Municipal Road Network among all Taxes, with constant and punctual updating of data based on changes in the Municipal Register (births, deaths, non-residents, AIRE registrations, changes of residence, family units), all aimed at fostering a correct relationship with the taxpayer base (both in terms of data requests, verification, and notification of communications).

The proposed activity is therefore of considerable interest and of preparatory utility. In fact, in addition to integrating data from various taxes, a clean-up of the data will be carried out, merging any duplicate records, completing missing information, verifying and updating residents and contact details, standardising the street names from the various taxes to the official municipal registry, and continuous and timely updating from external databases (such as the municipal registry, land and property register, Chamber of Commerce, etc.).; The data for the initial formation of the Unified Tax Database must be provided in electronic format using ministerial standard data formats, or standard data formats provided by Sikuel srl, or legible and commented data formats shared with Sikuel srl.
