Workforce Management for Multi-Utilities

Workforce Management has always been a key indicator of an organisation's performance and competencies.
Industrialists know this well; planning Workforce Management means optimally managing human capital to improve company productivity.

The Software of Workforce Management, which we want to present to you, does not only include the planning of Human Resources, but it is developed for those companies, Multi-Utilities for example, that manage Local services and use Great of specific means for their Activities.

Sikuel's Workforce Management extends and enhances the range of tools within the K-TARIP Suite, the Integrated IT Solution for the management of Territorial and Environmental Services.

Alongside businesses, products, and services, the traditional workforce planning approach has also evolved, towards a WFM system designed for Optimising Business Productivity and Efficiency through the Management of Operators, Services to be provided, Field Activities and Vehicle Fleet, in a single integrated native web Solution entirely in the Cloud.

Let's explore the main features of WFM

Do you think you have all employee records in a dedicated section of the Web Portal, with their relative skills and historical data on holidays, leave, and sickness, like a register? Likewise, you will also find all the Fleet Management information, for precise technical and administrative management.

Now upload the User data and/or Territorial Elements to be managed and configure the Services to be provided on the map using a simple polyline to visualise the extent of the facilities or bins or green areas in the identified zone. The WFM will provide you with a clear overview and optimisation of routes for the various Services.

Parameterise the services to be carried out: frequency, vehicles, teams, operators, and send the task for programming. On the operator's app who has been assigned that activity and on the vehicle's tablet, a guided route will be shown, highlighting the equipment or bins on the map, until the vehicle is returned with a summary of kilometres, fuel consumption, any reports, and then closing the task.

The on-site teams can always be monitored from the Portal, as well as all fleet information relating to maintenance, taxes and insurance, fines and penalties, accidents, Telepass and Viacards, limited traffic zones (ZTL), fuel cards, end-of-life management, and unavailability.

All the functionalities of Workforce Management, the verticalizations and the use cases of K-TARIP will be presented in October in Rimini, on the occasion of ECOMONDO 2021 – the leading event in Europe for ecological transition and new models of circular and regenerative economy.
