From 18 February 2020, the collection of data and information relating to the contractual quality of integrated water services (SII) for the period 1 January 2019 – 31 December 2019 is open to operators and competent authorities for the territorial district (hereinafter: EGA), pursuant to Article 77, paragraph 1, of the regulation on the contractual quality of SII.RQSIIherein referred to in Annex A to resolution 655/2015/R/IDR as amended and supplemented by the resolution 547/2019/R/idr.
This edition of the collection also provides a summary of the services performed during 2018, which is necessary for applying the incentive mechanism.
Through such summary, we identify:
- the baseline level of the contractual quality macro-indicators MC1 – “Commencement and termination of the contractual relationship” and MC2 – “Management of the contractual relationship and service accessibility”,
- The class it belongs to;
- the objective for the year 2020.
In accordance with Article 1, paragraph 3, of resolution 547/2019/R/IDR, starting from the year 2020 All administrators are required to communicate the data, even those serving a population of 50,000 or less, who were previously exempt from this obligation.
Data and information submission is only possible via online collection and must be carried out to the managers by 16 March 2020 (Collection phases).
The telematic data collection system involves filling in web forms and also offers the possibility of “bulk uploading”, which can be used when a significant amount of data needs to be reported. Data provided on media other than those made available in the dedicated section is not permitted.
