A “Full Compliance” solution for current regulations
In the design and operation of the various platform modules, all current regulations for the management of Integrated Water Services, Gas, and Waste Collection are already integrated by design.
The system is indeed designed and built according to the “Minimum Environmental Criteria for Urban Waste Management Services” with the aim of making each aspect of the waste management cycle controllable and efficient, promoting an increase in separate waste collection as required by the Ministerial Decree of 13/02/2014. It also allows for the implementation of “pay-as-you-throw” billing in line with the provisions of D.M. Ambiente 20 April 2017. Finally, the platform and the modules offered are already aligned with the requirements for managing bodies set out by ARERA resolution no. 444/2019/R/rif titled “Provisions regarding transparency in the urban and assimilated waste management service,” and by Resolution 15/2022 TQRIF Unified Text on Quality Regulation.
The solution ensures data processing in full compliance with current Privacy regulations, meaning the system is considered perfectly GDPR compliant. With reference to on-board device certifications, the wide range of available devices allows managing authorities to install GPS black boxes certified to CEI 79/56 standards and recognised by ANIA, in order to make the investment effective also in terms of increasing the safety of staff driving the vehicles.
