With its 80,000 inhabitants, the Municipality of Pozzuoli stands as a national case of excellence in the efficient management of Tax Revenue.
The decision to support the board of public employees with technical and specialised resources has led the Municipality to above-average national results, achieving reliability in its databases., relating to IMU and TARI taxes, with the code 93%.
Regarding the Integrated Water Service, the “change of pace” towards the results achieved with the taxes only began in mid-2015, when the management of the water fee was entrusted to the Municipality's Revenue Coordination Directorate with the appropriate tools and constant specialist assistance.

Now, most water utility accounts have their correct account holder, and this has allowed us to achieve A surprising result on e-invoicing with 25,000 documents: only 50 rejections, linked to incorrect or missing tax codes!
